Please note that there is an additional service fee of 100,00€ that has to be paid via bank transfer prior to move-in plus the deposit of 950€, which needs to be payed before move in via bank transfer in a single payment.Also note the check-in is possible to be done only weekdays from 10am-3pm, we cannot schedule check-ins on weekends neither public holidays. This is a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living. Anmeldung/Registration is possible. The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).
