Yolanda is such an amazing person! She clearly loves her community and her tenants.

Came in to ask for information about an apartment, Yolanda helped me out and was very welcoming! I Will definitely be back to lease in the summer! She’s very nice and helpful, people like her will make you want to lease in a heart beat.

Christina has been amazing to work with as a renter here. The conditions she walked into here as new property manager were daunting to put it nicely. She goes above & beyond her title as just a property manager. She genuinely cares for her tenants & utilizes everything at her disposal to take care of the ongoing needs of the tenants and property, including being away from her family after hours & many weekends to help the 1 single maintenence man & no hired housekeeping, get units ready for new tenants. Christina is a very rare special person to truly puts her heart into her work while sacrificing so much of her own time.

I absolutely Love Ms Christina! She is very dedicated to her work and very understanding with her tenants she rocksss!!!! She has met every expectation needed to be met that I have reached out to her about when it comes to my unit. I have fallen short a time or two and she was very patient and kind and helped me as much as she could and I love her for that!

The property manager Christina is absolutely wonderful. I moved in January 20. My son and my husband and I some things popped up that was going to push us back. She risked everything to get us moved in on the day. We were scheduled to move in. She is done everything she can to get things fixed even after we moved in, she is helped us in so many ways. It is unbelievable if it weren’t for her I don’t think we’d even still be here. I absolutely love her as my property manager and I am dreading the day when she hast to leave.
