My daughter lived here during her time at PVAMU. There were issues with the payment system as well as plumbing and internet. The pool was never open. After a horrible water leaked that ruined a lot of her belongings and school books, I ended up moving her to another community in Waller. She was among the first group of students to move in, so I guess we were a part of the growing pains. I can't recommend this place.

Best apartments I’ve lived at so far. Very nice pool and excellent property management. Repairs are fast and reliable, community is friendly, clean. Plus the management does little events for most of the common holidays.

have lived here since 2024, and my experience has truly been nothing short of amazing. At Oxford at The Ranch, the staff genuinely feels like family. The community is gated, which gives me a strong sense of safety and peace of mind. The leasing team is always kind, professional, and responsive, and the maintenance staff is just as reliable and helpful. As a full-time student attending Prairie View A&M nearby and living on my own, having a place that feels safe, welcoming, and supportive means everything to me. This community has been such a comfort, and I’m truly grateful to call it home.
