These apartments are very nice. I enjoy the community and the space they offer. They also have full size washer/dryer connections, which is always a must for me and my family!

Horrible place to live . Windows leaking every time it rains. Water spots all over . Black mold. Apartment had a stink smell like mildew when moved in. They Harrass you for rent but don’t wanna fix anything in the apartment . Don’t waste your time moving here. Worse experience I had within the two months I stayed there.

First off, I wish I could give zero stars. I spent two months working with this complex to lease a unit. Completed and paid the application, paid the security deposit, and called constantly to follow up on the status of our lease. I was continually told that they were not going to provide a lease to sign until 1-2 weeks before we move in, for it to be “move in ready”. This should have been my first sign something was wrong. I had to surrender my current home in order to get approved for this lease. Not until two weeks before move in, a new person whom I had never spoken with before calls to let me know that they “went another direction” and that was it. After paying the jetty deposit, I was told that it would be MY responsibility to get my money back although they are the ones who cancelled on us. It feels like they collected as many applications as possible to hold onto until they decided to partner with the school!! Do not attempt to live here unless you’ve got some backup options to fall back on.
