This apartment community is often praised for its welcoming atmosphere, with many residents feeling a strong sense of community and excellent support from the staff, who are noted for being friendly, responsive, and helpful with maintenance requests. While the location is generally convenient, some past residents have noted occasional issues with laundry facilities, delayed water utility billing, and, in isolated cases, pest control, noise from neighbors, or difficulties with move-out billing, which are important considerations for prospective tenants.

I stayed here for about a year and I absolutely loved it! Randy and Ana were always so pleasant! They run and manage the complex very well. Only reason I left was because of a job opportunity! Thank you guys!

I lived here for two years and had such a great experience. The managers got time to know everyone, making communication much easier. I highly recommend living here to anyone. The only minor inconvenience that I ever had was that the laundry facilities were broken every couple of months (for just a day or so), BUT everything else truly made up for it. Iβm so happy I was able to live here, and it truly raised my expectations of apartments and housing.

I lived there for about three years. Two parts to this. First part, rarely had any problems while living there, office was friendly and inviting. Nice facilities and apartments. However, you may not have a microwave in your unit, just a heads up. Also, adding water utility costs to the monthly rent is always delayed. So if you pay too early, you will likely have another sum added to the account for the water. Second part, when moving out, I provided a forwarding address, email, and phone number for any costs following the move out. 6 months later, I am notified by my credit report that I had a bill in collections. I was never contacted by Woodhollow that I had a bill after moving out. If they would have told me, I would have paid it. Instead, they parked debt and I then had to deal with trying to have it removed from my credit report. So while living there, I don't have any complaints, really. 4.5 stars. However, parking debt on a former resident that always paid rent on time, -5 stars. I would average and give 0 stars, but again, it was at least nice while living there, so less than 2 stars would be misrepresentative of the general experience.

Randie and Savannah are extremely helpful. They made the move in so easy. The price is so worth for the community they have built!
