Westchester Square Apartments

I love it here. The management, Erika, Hannah and Karen are wonderful and sweet. Martin, Josh, Chris, and the entire maintenance team are great and get work orders done quickly and efficiently. It's so safe and pretty and quiet and cozy! Lots of room to walk around. Nice insulation in the rooms. I always feel safe here, and my cat and I can go on long walks whenever we want! Thank you for being the perfect place to live, best apartment Ive ever been in, Waco's finest!

My family and I have lived here for almost 2 years and love how quiet and spacious the complex is. The office staff are so approachable and sweet and really care about their tenants. The maintenance staff are quick and have helped us with whatever we’ve needed. My toddler has plenty of space to run around, the trees are beautiful, the playground and basketball court are great, and the pool is really well maintained. Plus- covered parking! Neighbors are all friendly and quiet. It sounds cliche but this is truly our favorite apartment we’ve ever lived in and we look forward to making more memories at Westchester Square!

Great safe place to live. Management care about tenants and go out of their way to help you. They are really kind, and couldn’t ask for better staff. Maintenance is really good as well, they generally respond day of an apt maintenance issue and get it fixed. They just revamped a lot of new balconies upstairs. They are working on the office one now. Martin does a really great job. The yard looks really pretty when mowed out by the flag. Pets are welcome and it is ultimately a great place to live. Would recommend to anyone in town!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience here thus far. I have called to inquire about moving here several times over the last few years and never felt peace about the decision until I spoke with Hannah, and she changed the game for me! After speaking with her on the phone and meeting her in person to take a tour and discuss details, I knew that this would be the perfect home for me. She is so kind, personable, and professional. I really can’t rave about her and her amazing communication skills enough. Other apartments I’ve viewed didn’t feel as professional and personal, and that’s something I really admired about my interactions with Hannah. She made me see Westchester as a home and I have had no regrets since!! If you’re thinking about moving here, ask to speak with Hannah!

We have lived at Westchester Square Apartments for a little over a year, and it has been an easy place to call home. The biggest win is how quiet it is. Days are calm, nights are even calmer. People are friendly, they say hello, keep shared areas tidy, and mind their own business. No late night noise, no drama in the lot, every apartment gets a covered parking spot, just a steady, peaceful vibe. The management team deserves credit. Erica, Karen, and Hannah are consistently kind and helpful. When I stop by, they are welcoming and organized. When I call or email, I get a clear answer and a quick follow up. It sounds simple, but that kind of reliability is what keeps stress low. Maintenance has been solid too. The few times I put in a request, someone showed up quickly, explained the fix, and left everything clean. No runaround. Just done. Cleanliness has been great. I have had zero issues with roaches or bugs, and common areas are kept in good shape. My apartment has held up well, with steady water pressure and working appliances. If you want a calm, well run place with respectful neighbors, this has been exactly that for me. I renewed my lease without hesitation.
