Wayfare - Waco

Can’t say enough nice things about this place! While our time here was short due to work moving us out of town, we had a great time staying at Wayfare. The little “neighborhood” is very friendly and quiet. The staff is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The grounds are very well-kept and clean. If we didn’t have to move cities, I’d imagine here we’d live here for a very long time! 10/10 recommend!

I’ve had a great experience since moving into this apartment complex. The staff has been welcoming, responsive, and easy to work with from day one. The property is clean, well-kept, and you can tell management actually cares about the community. My unit was move-in ready. It’s a quiet, comfortable place to live, and I feel safe walking around the grounds. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication is always clear. Overall, I’m really happy I chose this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, reliable home.
