Wayfare - Waco

My mother lived here for two years before she passed away. Wayfare was amazing, everyone there from the maintenance people to the front office were always kind and helpful to my mother. The complex itself is clean, safe, new, spacious, and quiet. If I were looking for an apartment in Waco, this would be the one I'd pick. I can honestly say I've never encountered an apartment complex that is so well run in my entire life.

I had a truly wonderful experience with the property management team. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. It’s clear that they take great pride in what they do and are committed to maintaining high standards. The property itself is beautifully kept, clean, and inviting. The common areas and grounds are very well maintained, and there’s a comfortable, positive atmosphere throughout the community. Attention to detail really stands out, and it’s obvious that resident satisfaction is a priority here. Overall, I was highly impressed with both the team and the property. It’s refreshing to see such a well-run community with an amazing staff behind it.

As a local real estate professional I can honestly say that I was impressed with this apartment community! I was invited to join friends for a gathering at the club house and was given a tour of the property. It is well maintained and very appealing. The most noteworthy part is the pool and clubhouse. What a great entertaining space! I will recommend Wayfare-Waco to all of my clients looking to make a move.

Bryce/ Lily / Emily are super helpful. Very well organized community. If you are in Waco this will be place to go. Calm, lot of amenities and right next to interstate. Pickle ball, pool, Gym Leasing office management was super friendly and super helpful. Maintenance team was on point Me and my wife really enjoyed staying in there.
