Hometown feel. Management is very welcoming and kind. The clubhouse has a great Gym facility, Pool, and everyday lounge. Upon first visiting this property liked the feeling I had. After 1/2 my lease I would recommend This property/ area to anyone moving to the area. All welcome, yet a common theme of respect and kindness is felt through the property. Proximity to Hospital, Shopping, Recreation and all night dining:) Car wash amenities, Dog park, and Dog runs make this a great neighborhood to consider.

You guys have a great rep at your location. Shout out to Jennifer for holding me down. She was very informative and professional and friendly and helpful and everything. Made my search a little easier. I'm looking forward to a tour visit soon. Just based on Jennifers info alone I think my son will like whats available. Thanks again for your help and your patients. Absolutely love living here! About 10 months into our lease and it gets better and better. The staff is so friendly and attentive, including Tammy and the front desk team. They have a nice gym and clean pool that is so relaxing. During the weekdays you can get a coffee at the clubhouse and often they’ll host events with complimentary food/drinks. It’s a great location close to everything, and we couldn’t be more grateful! Our maintenance requests are handled lightning fast and we’ve made great friends with some of our neighbors. The grounds are extremely well kept. Got to love Station!

Living at Cottonwood Creek Apartments has been an absolute pleasure! The community is well maintained, peaceful, and welcoming. The management team is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about residents’ needs. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which gives me peace of mind. The location is perfect, close to shopping, dining, and parks, yet still quiet enough to feel like a retreat from the busyness of everyday life. The amenities are clean and convenient, and the grounds are beautifully kept year round. I’m so glad I chose Cottonwood Creek as my home!

I’ve lived here 2 years. I love the friendly staff and out of this world maintenance!! Beautiful property, pet friendly ( they even have a dog wash 🥳🥳🥳 AND an occasional puppy day where you’re invited to bring your fur-babies into the office and they spoil them with treats, love and sometimes gift sets. Mainly I love how safe I feel when walking my pets through the evening time. And It’s a very clean property. I could go on but just one more thing, I think it’s awesome that there’s an Amazon locker section right by the mailbox. Sometimes I even get a text from the office personnel that I have an item inside the office. Thank you Station at Cottonwood Creek for everything you offer and everything you do to make living here a pleasure.
