these apartments are very overpriced, I pay almost 1450 for a one bedroom, just to live in a square I regret leasing here so much. There is always ants, neighbors constantly smoke and the smell goes right to my apartment. You can hear the neighbors next door conversation, the walls are paper thin. Everything is so fastly done it breaks so fast. When I first moved in maintenance had to come by and fix my AC multiple times. You cant mount your tv cause the walls are so weak.

This new housing development looks amazing! The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Amanda Hendrix, who took me and my friend on our tour of the property! She was very helpful throughout the process. The inside of the units are designed exceptionally well and combined with the pricing, Virtu on Bagby is hard to beat!

I want to thank Amanda Hendrix for making my move to Texas from Michigan a great experience! I contacted Virtu on Bagby Ave while I still lived in Michigan to inquire about apartments and and availability. I immediately received a response from Amanda and a detailed message about the property. I was able to set up an appointment right away to meet with her when I moved down in a couple days. I came after work around 5PM on a Monday and she stayed open late to assist me in signing a lease agreement. I am very happy with the apartment and the high level of service from Amanda. Thanks!

Best management team I have had as a renter. Amanda and Nadaya have been beyond helpful with every question or concern I’ve had. The maintenance guys have also been super helpful since day 1 of my living here when they came to help figure out my AC unit. They will explain what is wrong, how they plan to fix it, and communicate with the office. The office usually has deals on rent that make the move more tempting. The parking is nice, the neighbors are kind, and the area is quiet. I really love my unit and am glad I took the time to come tour and apply.
