No issues yet. Been here for 5 years. The managers try their best. Maintenance is always there for us. They never miss a beat. Love the closeness to many stores as well.

Management has been awesome. The couple of small maintenance issues I have had were addressed and fixed promptly. Given the amount of trees, maintenance does a good job of keeping the courtyard up.

Valley Mills after 4 gets so loud you legally cannot rest from the cars going down the street. Neighbors also play music from their cars with the volume at 300% so you can't rest from the deep unnecessary bass from their low riding vehicles scraping the asphalt below. Also Maintenance barely fixes anything and rent gets too high after awhile for what you get. A very scary neighborhood with the crime around, one of my father's vehicles got stolen from a neighbor, not just that, the main vehicle we used had almost got stolen as well. I barely recommend this place unless you want everything to be stolen in the front of your apartment and for maintenance to visit twice a year to "fix" a problem that is only a bandaid to it.

Needs to be shut down a gas leak, mold from leaks and moisture made my family sick the place should be condemned. Housing should disqualify any of their establishments due to horrible living conditions floors are falling in and are weak. Flies, nets, roaches are a constant battle. I am glad to be out of that place!
