We had an amazing, smooth experience throughout the leasing and move-in process. My son loves his new apartment and the community's amenities so much we've already leased for next school year. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had the pleasure of speaking with Maegan about the apartment and all of the amenities offered. We can honestly say that we are very impressed. Not only did she provide us with the answers to all of our questions but she also gave us the sense of safety and security from the property that we are looking for in our daughters living arrangements.

I called with a few questions I had being a potential future resident. My hope weren’t high considering the lack of help I have gotten from other student housing offices. However I was pleasantly surprised I spoke with Maegan. she helpfully answered all my questions! She was patient and made sure I had all the information I needed to start filling out an application! Office assistance is very important in deciding where I want to sign next year! Today’s conversation with her made the decision easier! Along with all the amenities offered!

Our son has rented at URSA for the last 2 years and it has been a good experience. This year during move-in, his unit's AC was not working. URSA was quick to repair the AC unit and get the apartment cooling. They even reimbursed us for the hotel charge, since his apartment was too hot to sleep in for the first night. We appreciate your effort!

Recently me and my roommates moved back in after summer break, and the problems were troubling . First, we have been asking for new furniture for a year with no avail and then they take some of our furniture and just don’t replace it. Mind you, we are paying more in rent and our furniture is still torn and destroyed from other owners. Next, our sewage system shut down and our rooms stunk, we decided not even to request maintenance because of how pointless it is and fixed it ourselves, but what a horrible sight. This is a few of the problems however, many more include; termites, broken cabinets and old faucets with no pressure, third floor A/C unit that is just for show, and much much more. I do appreciate the recent gym renovations and the upgrades to communal amenities but wish they would dedicate the same resources to the dilapidated units. At this price point you could do much better than URSA.
