University Place Apartments

University Place Apartments has truly been the best apartment experience I have had. I want to start by saying that the location is very convenient, especially because it is so close to campus. It is within walking distance of many useful places, which makes daily life much easier. The units are always kept in very good condition. The rooms, kitchen, and common areas are clean and well maintained, and the walls and overall interior are in great shape. The outside areas are also beautiful. The grass is always green and neatly trimmed, which makes the property feel welcoming and well cared for. Another thing I really appreciate is that UPA does routine pest control, and whenever maintenance needs to be done, residents are notified in advance. The pool and laundry areas are also always clean, ready to use, and in good condition. Finally, one of the best things about UPA is the staff. Dawn, the manager, is amazing. She is always attentive, kind, warm, and willing to help residents. She always greets you when she sees you around, and she truly makes the community feel welcoming. I have lived here for three years, and I can honestly say that when I leave, I will miss this place. UPA is a great place to live, and I highly recommend it.

We are so grateful for the care and support our daughter gets at University Place especially by Dawn!! She not only eases my mind as a mom while my daughter is living away from home but she is always there to support our girl! Anytime I call with questions she is always understanding and so knowledgeable!! We 100% recommend University Place!! Truly great apartments in a great location with the best support for the students attending Baylor!!

University Place is a great place to live as a Baylor student. Dawn, the property manager, goes above and beyond to take care of her residents and is always helpful and responsive. The community is peaceful, quiet, safe, and well-maintained. The location is very convenient since it is an easy walk to campus. I've really enjoyed my time living here and I highly recommend it.

My husband and I have fully enjoyed our stay at University Place. We renewed our lease for a second year and already know we will enjoy it. The leasing manager is amazing and so kind. If you have any maintenance needs they have a great gentleman who is available and gets the job done properly. They do a lovely job keeping up with the landscaping every week. The location is perfect for Baylor students as it is right on campus. We have also felt very safe living here and the Baylor police station is off of the same street and walking distance. Overall, this is a really nice place to stay if you’re a student or staff member at Baylor. 5 stars from us!

I have lived at University Place for the past two years, and it has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the day I moved in, my apartment was spotless and well-maintained. Whenever I’ve had maintenance requests, they’ve been handled quickly and efficiently. The residents are friendly and respectful, and the location so close to campus is incredibly convenient. What truly makes University Place special, though, is the incredible manager, Mrs. Dawn. She is genuinely an angel. Last year, I came down with norovirus and was so weak I could barely get out of bed. I called Mrs. Dawn to ask if she knew of any pharmacies nearby that offered delivery. Not only did she offer to pick up my prescription herself, but she also brought me soup, Gatorade, 7-Up, and saltines — without me even asking. That level of care and kindness meant more to me than I can express. Mrs. Dawn knows every student (and even their pets!) by name. She regularly organizes get-togethers and student appreciation events, creating a warm, welcoming community that truly feels like home. University Place is wonderful, but it’s Mrs. Dawn, who makes it exceptional.
