Union

Do not live here. My daughter put up with A/C system that was constantly broken, animals in the ductwork, cockroach infestation that caused her next door neighbors to break their lease. She chose to stay because one bedrooms are few and far between. The apartments are worn and management is unresponsive all the while overcharging for rent. They misrepresent the Union property immensely-piggy backing off of the sister property URSA. She is still getting move out charges for services that they say they failed to distribute throughout the year as well as cleaning and replacement of items that do not make sense. There are better places in Waco.

Today was move in day and the apartment was filthy. I would give a 1 star, but Justin, customer service representative, was very helpful and contacted someone to clean the apartment!

Terrible resident support. Would not recommend this to anyone I care about! Have a good friend who has been on the loop with their management team about getting reimbursed for an $800 electiric bill (for the month management turned the heater on). They agreed to pay and it has been 5 months with no payment after having them promise it is coming soon every month that she reaches out again. She has called once a week since December and hears something new every time.
