We love this place. We have been so pleased. If there is an issue they correct it. We love the look and feel of the townhomes. Large and beautiful!

The staff is absolutely excellent. They are attentive, communicative and fantastic to interact with. The apartments themselves are nice, modern, and comfortable, with good sound insulation side to side, but not as great with sound insulation top and bottom.

I love living at Tuscany Ranch. It’s a family! Cookouts, games, swimming…we have a great time with TR friends!

Just signed another lease because there is nowhere else I'd like to live. I've been here since before the grand opening, so going on 10 years here. Management is awesome and take your input very professionally and are quick to respond. Maintenance is the best, most of the time it's same day service. Matt and his team are the best! I feel safe here and the community is friendly. It's very peaceful. I'm not leaving until I find the perfect house (if I ever do).

I love these apartments. The office staff is very friendly. When putting in a maintenance request they come out and take care of you. They keep the grounds of the complex well maintained. Been here two years and haven’t had not one bad experience.
