Aly was very sweet she made me and my daughter feel welcomed. Most places we tried were rude. She made sure we understood everything. I’m super excited for this new beginning for us. Thanks Aly

Management is terrible. The office is never unlocked during the posted hours. The on-site maintenance guy is rude and will steal the time you paid for in the laundry room. I have been asking for a mail key since November (i should have had it when i moved in june) and I still don’t have it come February. I cant pay bills in the mail or get my Christmas cards because i dont have a mail key. It takes weeks to months to get anything done through the office. If you are transferring your lease to a smaller apartment they will do everything they can to slow you down so you pay more rent in the long run. If there’s emergency maintenance or pest control to be done you bet they will show up and bang your door down but they refuse to communicate about literally anything else. Prices are decent but I wouldn’t renew my lease if they cut my rent in half.

I’ve only been in my apartment for a week, but so far I’m loving it! And Molly loves the view and the dog park!

The office staff will enter your apartment without ANY notice. The sad part is my child was home and it scared her. They never even called me after the fact to let me know that they went in my unit. I had to call them. My question is how many times have the managers been in my unit without my knowledge! Very scary. It’s not worth not feeling safe in your own home.

I have been a resident here for two years and have truly enjoyed my experience. The office staff is exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and willing to work with residents to resolve any concerns. The maintenance team is diligent and efficient, consistently addressing work orders in a timely manner. I especially appreciate their prompt response to emergency requests, even after business hours. While I have experienced a few minor issues with my apartment, the office team has always handled them effectively, provided I communicated the matter to them. Overall, I have been treated very well here, and I plan to continue renewing my lease
