Have recently moved to Waco in the past year, and I have been looking for places that fit my check list according to amenities, size and pets, and The Roots at Waco have definitely been grabbing my attention.

Been looking around for a place to call home and it seems I may have found it. Just off their online website it seems they have everything I am needing and would want for a new place. Definitely will be reaching out to office on Monday!

Called to get a quote and was met with incredible patience and kindness by Amber. She patiently answered all my questions and explained the various options I would have with them. They have the comforts of a single family home in an apartment setting. Having your own yard is amazing! Looking forward to calling it home. I really love the close proximity to a variety of shops, restaurants, movies, and the mall too.

Upon moving into the apartments was a great experience but down the line it hasn’t been a good experience I was experiencing medical issues witch caused me to be out of work for a while but was still managing to pay something on my bill I recently was cleared to start back working and was trying to pay the half for my December payment and was going to pay the remainder once I got paid plus my January now that I’m working and back on my feet and they wouldn’t work with me the new assistant manger seems very standoff ish when it comes to being understanding especially because I’ve been keeping them up to date and even showing proof as to why I fell behind the previous assistant manger Tyler was the best and did everything he could to always help the residence I wouldn’t move here if you are someone who has medical issues or anything they are not understanding to it and plus the walls are thin because my upstairs neighbor can be heard all throughout the day including at 2 in the morning and plus it’s never any parking and you hear dogs outside barking all night long it’s not worth the price of these apartments and you have to pay dang near 5k to buy yourself out the apartments witch is ridiculous and the don’t offer payment plans to do so I am currently looking to move from these apartments due to management other than that the apartments aren’t bad itself

I could not be more pleased in moving to the Roots. They are very friendly and helpful in processing the application and for a smooth transition. They communicate things in the process and are willing to work with you so you understand the process and what are my responsibilities. They took you out for a tour of the property not just the apartment. I would highly recommend living here.
