I’ve had a great experience at The Roots at Waco! The office team is always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything that comes up. The service team is prompt, knowledgeable, and does an excellent job keeping the community in great shape. The property is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in creating a great living experience for residents. Highly recommend!
