The Residence at Central Texas Marketplace

I just recently moved into The Residence. The ladies that run this place are so wonderful. They made everything easy and helped me navigate this change into a new community. Couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend!!

Ms. Mariah is very professional, helpful, courteous, and made my experience with moving into the residence a wonderful experience. From a scale from 1-10 she is a 10 1/2!!! Y’all need to hire more people like her

I was truly impressed with this property! The grounds are stunning and everything is kept in great condition. It’s in an amazing location with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The office team was so warm and welcoming—they made the whole visit enjoyable and were very knowledgeable. You can tell they take pride in their community. This is definitely a place I would recommend checking out!

Mariah was so helpful with everything. She wasn’t hesitant to answer any questions I had, she gave us some very good quotes and gave us a lovely tour. She was so sweet and left me feeling very good about my options. If anything, I feel like she deserves a raise for how helpful and genuine she was.

I've lived in several places around Waco, and I can honestly say this is my favorite so far! The staff here are amazing - Julia and Mariah have been incredibly helpful and always go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. The location is perfect - it's super convenient to get to the Marketplace for shopping and dining, and if you need to hop on the highway, it's just minutes away. There's even a car wash down the street, which is a nice bonus. The amenities here are top-notch and make day to day living feel easy and enjoyable. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home in Waco.
