I've been here a week and I'm already fed up with this place. The apartment I moved into is very different from the apartment they showed me. The outlets dont have a ground, so forget modern appliances. The laundry facility is controlled through an app which is having trouble accepting my credit card, so I need to use a laundromat anyways. And the A/C hasn't worked since I moved in a week ago, the HVAC guy looked at it once, and got it to blow air, but not cold air, so my apartment is still 80 degrees at 9:30 PM in early March, and my door knob and deadbolt are all hollowed out inside the door jamb and missing screws so I'm pretty sure an 80 year old man could kick in my door if he wanted to. There are various other smaller issues as well but I dont want to be writing a review all day.

I've been living here for almost a full year and already decided to sign another year-long lease with zero hesitation. What a great spot to live in! I've stayed in a lot of apartments/townhouses, and this one is by far the best I've lived in.

We’ve lived here for a few years and have seen several managers and office workers come and go. We did not have very good experiences with most of them. Since this new management things have been MUCH better. They actually answer the phone and keep in contact with the tenants. Renee and Jessica (I believe that’s her name!) are both very helpful and communicative.

My aunt lives at the Edmond apartments and we have been having continuous issues with maintenance and the aspect of our apartment. It can be a really frustrating thing when you're spending your money To live there, but Tiffany has been by my side as updating me and making sure I get the quality of Living matching the rent that I pay. She's been very patient and has kept in touch and up-to-date on any concerns I have.

We moved in April and really appreciate that quick and easy process once we started the process to move in. I have dealt directly with the property manager Renee G and she is so pleasant and easy to talk to about things. We had a few issues with fridge but they were quick to respond and replace it. The staff has been great and the property is clean and quiet.
