Elevate Waco

These apartments are nice... If you like living in a downtown environment with unexpected outcomes, this might be the perfect place for you to live! If you are considering owning a condo here, be ready to pay some outrageous "H.O.A." fees.

I have owned a condo here for over a year. I don't stay there on a regular basis but I hope to someday. I think they are well built, walls are solid, property is gated, covered parking and nice quiet neighbors. It's dog friendly and I feel safe. I am a few steps off Austin Avenue, which I love to walk with my dogs. The Saturday farmers market is across the street. Downtown is out my front door and the Brazos river is one block the other way. I appreciate and enjoy the tourist and get much joy being in the midst of them. I love my flat!

Austin Avenue Flats is one of the best places to live in downtown Waco--it's close to Baylor U and in walking distance of restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops. Most importantly, the apartments have high ceilings, huge windows, and new appliances, including a washer and dryer in each unit. For the three years that I lived in the Flats, my neighbors were always quiet, polite, and friendly and management was always accessible and ready to help!
