Chante was so sweet and nice. She explained the process and answered all questions. Property looked cleaned. What a great choice in management.

Ms. Alex at the front office is very knowledgeable and also helpful. She took her time to go over all paperwork with me when I started leasing here. She has always been able to answer all questions I have had. I can always go to her with my questions and concerns.

Since I've been here they have been very welcoming especially Ms. Alex she's the best. She makes sure that I'm good anytime I come in the office. Anytime I need something fixed it gets done. I haven't had any problems since I've been here

Maintenance staff were very helpful over this past weekend. They worked very effectively in assisting me with issues around my apartment and even after they were done, they followed through, double checking to ensure everything worked good before they left. Mind you, it was right before it started storming. They didn't rush, no attitudes, just helpful and courteous. Alex was so helpful as well and made sure everything I needed was taken care of.💗☺️

Slowly but surely I'm unpacking. I've been in South Terrace since 2014. Went from a 4 bedroom to a 3 bedroom so it will take some time to find a spot for everything. The new RAD house has a fresh new smell. The walls have an egg shell color while the doors and trimming is like a grayish brown tint. Very bold and contrast. The bathroom doesn't have any cabinets except for the bathroom mirror. The kitchen has a brand new built in dish washer, brand new electric oven, and brand new fridge with the ice maker all ready hooked up. It even comes with a brand new built in microwave. Has hot and cold washer hook up. And a ceiling fan in every room. Central Air and heat. I would have liked it more if there was more cabinets and closet space. Other than that... 😍 Big Shout Out to MS. BARBARA JOHNSON for miraculously moving my family an me so smoothly and quickly. Thank you for all the shipping supplies and the movers for moving our stuff so that we didn't have to. Big Shout out to Michelle in the front office for directing me in all the right directions into making this moving process a success. And last but not least Miss Nina... Welcome back! You was very missed.- Melissa Berry
