Sunrise Pointe Apartments

I Reginald here at sunrise point have had i great experience here. The manager Trena London was sooooo helpful and so nice. We have a great apartment. Trena London, You will be missed, and thank you for all that you have done us.

So my boyfriend and I moved in to these apartments on August 6th 2025. The first thing that we noticed when we walked in was it was extremely hot. They fixed the ac the day we moved in. Then later I was washing dishes and it flooded my kitchen and there was a leak under the sink took them a while to fix that. Then the oven didn’t have a pilot light and it TOOK THEM 3 months to get us a new stove. Then when we washed our hands and brushed our teeth in the bathroom it would leak and flood and get all my stuff wet that was on the cabinet under there. Days later we noticed a small hole in the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower. We were told it was because the lady upstairs. It kept leaking on multiple occasions and the hole eventually got bigger we noticed mold and other things that weren’t clean like they said they cleaned but if they did THERE WOULDN’T OF BEEN ANY PARTICLES AND PAINT PALLETS ON TOP OF THE CABINETS!!! The laundry rooms some of the washer and dryers were out of order and also there were no amenities. No pool, nothing like that. They fixed the pool but no one got to swim in it. The thing that made us upset is we put in so many maintenance requests and the landlords told us “oh we never knew about the hole in the bathroom” when we made multiple requests. Also there was a hold behind the bathroom door. We had really really bad ant problem when we moved in so we couldn’t sleep in our bedroom without getting bitten. Then we had a hell of a lot of water bugs I get it but do better. Also in the cabinets you barley had any room to put stuff. There was mold and caked on grease and nasty stuff in the cabinets. Told them I had health issues and they didn’t care. Then we went to go have a talk with them about something and was told I couldn’t be having mental health issues and my apartment couldn’t be dirty or I would get a lease violation. Which in my case mental health matters. These apartments are the worst ones the managers don’t care about things, maintenance say they fix stuff but don’t. So glad we moved from there and also was told I would never be able to get into another apartment ever because of my credit and that I don’t make enough money which is bullshit. At the time we had it but then shit got hard and they we not compromising with us. So we left and turned in the key and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done is move out of there. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!! So angry
