Saddle Brook Apartments

I have to give a great shout out to Terry for sending Derek and Andy to replace the old lightning in our apartment while they were here they realized we needed updated faucets and replaced them with high end ones. They were very professional and kind. We have lived here for 5 years and LOVE it here. Thank You, Rachel Yose Saddlebrook resident.

The was absolutely amazing, quick and easy.. Yazmine was such a great help and worked me through out the process. She was very patient and very helpful with getting my unit I appreciate and am grateful all she has done to make this happen for myself and roommate!

We have lived at Saddle Brook for over 6 years now, and maintenance requests are always handled promptly. Our refrigerator has slowly been grinding to a halt, and it was time for a new one. We e-mailed Sherry about our problem, she responded right away, and within a couple of hours we had a new refrigerator. We had all the food in coolers and I was heading out to get ice, but Andy and Derek (maintenance) brought us a refrigerator that had already been plugged in at a make-ready unit, so there was no need for ice, we just transferred the food into the new fridge, which had only been unplugged for around 15 minutes. It was a hassle-free experience. Andy and Derek were very efficient, professional, and personable; great guys to deal with. The office staff at Saddle Brook---Sherry, Terri, Yazmine, and Kasey---are always friendly and helpful.

From my first phone call to them, to move in, to living here, I’ve been impressed at every step. Management can make or break your experience at an apartment complex, and this team excels at everything. We moved from Florida under very complex and taxing logistics, and they worked with us. They’re responsive, and they really enjoy people and work hard to make this place a home for everybody who lives here. If I had to do it all over again I would start here. Great amenities. The pool is always clean, along with the hot tub and kiddie pool. 24 hour gym and laundry access, Plus a kids playground, a dog park, and several stations stocked with bagsfor pet duty. You never feel like you’re an inconvenience. Great place to live and come home to.

Recently moved from GA for a new job. Took the risky move of not being able to visit in person first but boy did I luck out! Cydnee was wonderful to work with from the very beginning and even after I've lived here a few months. She's been helpful with my questions and has a warm welcoming demeanor which I really appreciate! The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I was satisfied with the condition of my apartment when I moved in. Maintenance personnel, namely James, have been professional and friendly.
