The worse apartments didn't get to see the unit before moving in when I did move in few yrs ago dirty, stinky breeze way I cleaned by myself then the apartment had roaches no matter how much I cleaned they were bad, mold in the bathroom then on top of that they control the air and heat, the walls were gray tacky paint job dim in the inside the unit was horrible and my kids hated it so bad over there I don't care about ever not being able to move back to a poor kept environment window fell down and broke and it took them 3 months to fix it because it didn't hold up in position my son got so irritated about the place not worth the rent prices a tenant who breaks a lease for whatever reason definitely has a reason to just not all bad on the tenant just because ur management doesn't mean ur 100% right

Love living here! Very t comfortable. Maintenance responds same day in most cases. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Save yourself and don't move to these apartments. They are disgusting and management does not care. We haven't had gas for two weeks. They randomly shut off various utilities with no notice. Office refuses to answer the phone. This place should be shut down yet they continue to increase rent and impose arbitrary fines. I can not express how much you do not want to live in these apartments.

We moved here in November and like any apartment we've had a few issues but he office staff have been very nice and accommodating. Repairs have been handled quickly and the maintenance crew is friendly and hard working. The community is peaceful and look out for each other and you can't beat the price. My elderly mother and I are renewing my lease for another year today.

The apartment was INFESTED with roaches and bed bugs. The admins refuse to do anything actually helpful in dealing with the infestation and have waved off our video evidence when we showed them the time they did show up. The on-site laundromat is run down and disgusting. Over half the washing machines are out of order and full of still water. My clothes stank worst after I used the machine than before. The AC unit will occasionally leak and reeks of mildew. Whats even worst was the Apartment Managers wouldn't let me see the apartment until after I gave them the non-refundable security deposit. Usually I wouldn't have done that but I was in a rough spot and desperately needed a place ASAP. Looking back, If I had the time to sit and check out the apartment before dropping the deposit I definitely would've chosen somewhere else. I felt like I was taken advantage of in that situation. Rent is cheap but thats all it has going for it.
