River Oaks Apartments

They treated us very poorly in the end. I have a little baby, and also mold. I've tried getting help, I've written to the city. I've made a BBB and Google review. They don't want to talk to any of us. I'm turning in my keys and they are trying to charge me all of these move out fees. Yet, they won't provide any solution for us living like this. I've asked Heidi twice for pest control, and in the month that I was here I've never seen pest control come and spray. Yet I think we get charged for that too, in our lease. Just move, spend more money to actually have peace of mind. There's plenty of other nicer places to live for the same price if not cheaper. I'm very disappointed and sad. That's all.
