Live here currently and they decided to wait until it starts getting hot to do construction on the pool. Said it would be done by memorial weekend but now pushed it back. When I brought up The fact that this literally could have been done 2 months ago when no one was using the pool the lady at the front had the audacity to say that the pool was opened year round so it wouldn’t make a difference… pools not heated nor has a hot tub so it may be opened but how many people are using it. No one. Makes no sense why they would wait to do this now. I really feel as though the residents are owed compensation as the biggest amenity is out of service during some of the peak months.

These people talked me into top dentras for 3000 because my portal would not stay attached but failed to tell me denture cream would work when I found out ask why didn't you tell me no answer I canceled dentures they said they would give money back but so far they did not I had to open a dispute.with credit card company beware i think their trying to steel my money beware

The legend is a great place to live the maintenance and office staff go above and beyond to give the best living experience 10/10

Serious Concerns — Property Security Cannot Be Assumed Bottom Line: I strongly advise current and future residents to be extremely cautious with their belongings — both during move-out and anytime the apartment is left unattended. Based on our experience, it is clear that personal property may not be safe or properly safeguarded once inside this community. Situation: After moving out, my wife and I realized we had accidentally left a bag in the apartment containing several valuable items. While the leasing office initially stated they could not mail forgotten belongings, they later agreed to send them to our new address. We were required to pay for and email a shipping label in order to retrieve our belongings, nevertheless we genuinely appreciated the effort and are extremely grateful! However, when the package arrived, one newly bought item was missing. What raised concern was that during our conversations, a front-desk employee repeatedly brought up the status of this item we had left behind, even though our primary focus was an iPad and jewelry. I cannot say what happened, but the unusual attention to that item combined with its disappearance left us uncomfortable and questioning the integrity of how our belongings were handled. This turned what should have been a helpful gesture into a troubling experience. A single missing item may seem small, regardless of the size or worth, but the implication for trust and security is not. P.S. Terrible Parking opportunities, birds constantly in balconies making nests, key fob to open gate never worked, and gated community with gates frequently broken/opened
