Serious Concerns — Property Security Cannot Be Assumed Bottom Line: I strongly advise current and future residents to be extremely cautious with their belongings — both during move-out and anytime the apartment is left unattended. Based on our experience, it is clear that personal property may not be safe or properly safeguarded once inside this community. Situation: After moving out, my wife and I realized we had accidentally left a bag in the apartment containing several valuable items. While the leasing office initially stated they could not mail forgotten belongings, they later agreed to send them to our new address. We were required to pay for and email a shipping label in order to retrieve our belongings, nevertheless we genuinely appreciated the effort and are extremely grateful! However, when the package arrived, one newly bought item was missing. What raised concern was that during our conversations, a front-desk employee repeatedly brought up the status of this item we had left behind, even though our primary focus was an iPad and jewelry. I cannot say what happened, but the unusual attention to that item combined with its disappearance left us uncomfortable and questioning the integrity of how our belongings were handled. This turned what should have been a helpful gesture into a troubling experience. A single missing item may seem small, regardless of the size or worth, but the implication for trust and security is not. P.S. Terrible Parking opportunities, birds constantly in balconies making nests, key fob to open gate never worked, and gated community with gates frequently broken/opened

Ive lived here for a year and in the last month my building and parking lot has become overcrowded with cars while other lots are not (reason for all the lease deals right now) anyhow, because of the crowded lots, the complex now sells parking spots within normal spots with poor signage. (while most covered spaces are not used) For the last 1-2 weeks my building has had no outside lights on the front of the building as well as the concrete staircases. I parked in a newly reserved space and was towed for $330. I would never knowingly park in a reserved spot and wish I would have seen the sign. Just "shining a light on the issue".

This apartment complex uses predatory towing on it premises. Do not invite friends over if you live here and don't visit friends unless you enjoy spending $320 to get your car back from Rapid Recovery on 18th street. I hope the kickback for the office staff was worth it. Texas Administrative Code 86.705 prohibits such acts. Don't worry, I am reporting this situation and the names of all involved to the TDLR tomorrow morning.

When my apartment unexpectedly flooded, the maintenance men Colin ans Zachary went above and beyond to help me.. They worked quickly making sure my belongings were safe and explaining each step they wwere taking. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to stay until the problem was fully resolved made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. I truly appreciate thei dedication and hard work—they turned a disaster into a manageable situation. Amanda the community manager as well has made the whole process less stressful with all her help in the situation being very calm and supportive! Hands down a great team to have at the complex that made me feel like family in my time of need ! Thank you !

Living at The Legend has been such a wonderful experience, and so much of that is thanks to Ashton in management! She has been absolutely amazing—so thoughtful, caring, and dedicated to making this community the best it can be. Ashton truly goes above and beyond for everyone here, and her efforts have made living at The Legend feel like home. The Legend itself is fantastic, too! The atmosphere is so welcoming and homey, with layouts that are both spacious and functional. I loved how roomy everything felt—it’s clear a lot of thought went into the design. And the location? Perfect! It’s so convenient and truly one of the best features of living here. Ashton and The Legend together create such an unbeatable experience. I’ve felt so cared for and comfortable living here, and I know this community is in amazing hands with her leadership! Highly recommend!
