I love living here it has been the best experience, since the new staff has taken over I feel more confident. The new manager Melisaa Jones really cares about how our experience is and OMG the resident events. I love calling Manor House home!

The move-in process was very simple and the staff here are very friendly. This building is an important part of Dallas history. The private terraces are truly one-of-a-kind to Big D.

Online portal to pay is down literally every month when it’s time to pay so they can pocket late fees, they add random fees and can’t even explain what it is. Phone line always down they have been a headache to say the least. Avoid

Do not move here unless you enjoy roaches, the smell of old dirty carpet, extremely high utility bills, and an overpriced, unreliable parking garage. I stayed here for a year and wanted to move out within the first month. I should’ve ran when I saw baby roaches in a unit I toured. Do not get fooled by the “first 2 months free” promotion. This building seriously needs upgrades, especially the outdated locks and thermostats. The management and leasing office are also incredibly inconsistent. One staff member will tell you one thing, then someone else will tell you the complete opposite. On top of that, the leasing office randomly closes with little communication. If you are not a smoker, be prepared to constantly smell cigarettes and weed coming through the vents into your apartment. The apartment is not well ventilated causing mold in the bathroom/shower. The lighting is horrible because there is no central light in the bedroom. The apartment itself is not easily accessible because of the location and constant breaking of the elevators. The forced “valet only” parking situation is another nightmare. The staff changes constantly, so they always seem unprepared for the morning rush. Wait times can easily exceed 20 minutes because they are consistently understaffed. On top of that, they handle vehicles roughly, which is concerning when you’re trusting strangers with your car every day. They are also very inconsistent about who they allow to self-park and who they make use valet. The garage itself smells terrible, and there are often suspicious people hanging around the area. Overall, this place is overpriced for the quality and it should not be considered “luxury” for the experience you actually get. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
