I live in an apartment in Marlin Texas and I think your office manager Mrs Diana does a wonderful job I don't know anybody that have any problems with her she makes everything okay and I've been here 20 years almost all of the apartment so yes I give y'all a five star for real 100% .

We moved to Marlin in 2021 and came to live in Marlin manor apartments in the " retirement village area" and we are very happy here. First of all the managers are always kind and very helpful, any time we have had a maintenance issues thru have taken care of it promptly. They make sure the lawns are kept in order and clean. We love our neighbors and the management staff carefully screens applicants so they fit in the retirement village. Coming from a large town to Marlin was difficult but Marlin Manor managers have made us feel comfortable and at home. The only complaint I might have is that we need more lighting in breezeways. Also the laundry facilities here are always kept clean. Awesome place

Wonderful management, great maintenance crew. Apartments are spacious. I feel safe here.. It is quiet and peaceful. Good job management!

Marlin Manor Apartments is a great place! Affordable, and quiet country living. The one bedroom is plenty spacious for two people. (On the retirement acres side, close to Valero) The management is quick to respond to any issues as well. Lots of pretty crepe myrtles here too!

I've lived here just about a year. The management is so laid back. The office management staff Diane and Savanah are the absolute best. The maintenance team is always on point and so quick to respond to any requests. The overall atmosphere is great and the inside of the apartments are really homey. 100% the best apartments hands down.
