ORIGINALLY A 5 STAR! (EDIT) The landlady was rude, and forced me out after never being a problem. Threatened me, etc. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Lived here for almost 5 years while I was in and out of school at MCC. One of the best places in Waco. Nice and quiet, amazing management and maintenance staff, affordable, and within walking distance of campus, grocery store, and several restaurants. All around great place to have called my home for several years.
