Heritage Square Apartments

my boyfriend and i have been living at this apartment for the last 15 months, at first it was nice and seemed like a place i could see myself staying long term. around six months into the lease, i began noticing a roach problem. my apartment is always clean 98% of the time and i make a point to not leave trash out or dishes with food still on them. pest control came and sprayed the building and that seemed to only worsen the infestation. then pest control came again a few months ago and when i thought it couldn’t get any worse — it did. our apartment is completely overrun by a roach infestation. they are everywhere. the kitchen. the living room. my bedroom. my bathroom. i’ve gone through THREE next door neighbors due to this infestation because they couldn’t deal with the roaches and i don’t blame them, if i had the money to break the lease, i would’ve left too. but if you want creepy crawlies crawling all over you while you sleep, this is a perfect apartment for you. ♡ if they could get their roach infestation under control, this apartment complex wouldn’t be too bad. but i am thankful to be moving out in the next couple of days.

Management was very attentive. Grounds were clean and the apartments are pristine! If you are looking for a quiet,safe and secluded apartment home, give heritage square a try.

My friend moved there and it reeked of cigarettes. Mgmt did nothing. Now all of his belongings smell like that. I see management replied for him to contact the office. He did when he was moving in. You all did nothing.

Justin, thank you for a Saturday nite 9:00 pm emergency. The maintenance staff are ones to be proud of. He has been here before and is very professional and polite and gets here quickly. The apts , neighbors and ladies in the office make living here feel more like a home. Yes they’re old & outdated but so am I and I fit right in. Great area and the big boss needs to buy their staff lunch for managing , fixing & being decent human beings as we are running short on such morals.

I just finished my 18-month lease. I had no issues with management, and the grounds keeper was a very nice man, he kept the sidewalks and streets very tidy as well as made it a point to get to know most other residents. Were I to rate the entire experience on those two points 4/5. However, bugs were a bit of a problem, and the fridge wouldn't keep groceries fresh. The previous tennant was a hard-core smoker and throughout the entire lease, it was smelling like it. Also, the AC did not keep cool during the over 100° summer neither keep warm during the 30° and below winter.
