The first couple of months we lived here, it was good. These past couple months have been terrible. Our AC breaks every 2 months and leaks water all over everywhere. Maintenance has come at least 6 times to fix it and every time, it’s not fixed. It keeps freezing over and then thawing and leaking everywhere, the past 2 months our electric bill has been $220 when on normal months it’s $130 at most. For 2 months we had no hot water anywhere, now our hot water only lasts for 5 minutes before it’s cold again so you have to take extremely fast showers or you’re in freezing cold water. A couple months ago we reported that our fridge started leaking inside and they told us don’t block the fridge/freezer vents and told us that was why it was leaking and leaving puddles of water inside the fridge for us to clean up, but we don’t block any of the vents and make sure ALL of our things are pulled out so nothing is blocking them and there’s still puddles of water everywhere. The neighbors are disguising and loud. They leave trash outside and animals tear into it and there once was a used pad tore out of their trash that we had to walk past for 2 days before it was even picked up, along with food and other things. This has happened NUMEROUS times and management has don’t absolutely nothing about it. When I say numerous I’m talking at least 25 times within 3 months. I’ve sent at least 15 emails about it and pretty much never gotten a response back and nothing has been done, along with going in person numerous times. They play loud music constantly, so loud you can hear it in our apartment CLEARLY and we don’t even touch walls with them. Rent may be cheaper here and it’s tempting, but for your own sake, I wouldn’t advise living here. Everyone in the front office/maintenance is extremely nice, just haven’t been very helpful in these situations we’ve had. We have spoken to the people up front numerous times and even had talked to a higher up manager from another location that was filling in about the situation but it just seems that nothing is being done and don’t know who else to turn to or what else to do at this point.

They Really have cleaned the place up. I'm posting this to simpley make others aware so it doesn't happen to you and you are out lots of money. FYI: My family was moving into an apartment here, a friend was helping with the move. His truck was loaded up with bed and head board. Unloaded the items, carried them upstairs, placed them in bedroom area came back down stairs to get more things and BAM! Friends truck is no where to be found.. Apartment people had it towed off there parking lot because" it did not belong to the person that lived their." So if you go hear to visit don't park in the lot. Park on the side street..🙂 hope this helps somebody

Before you make the mista- I mean decision to move here, sit and imagine: You get off of a 12 hour shift. It’s July. 107° outside. Your rent increased by $100 last month. The pool (you know, the “Vegas style” one that contributes to your inflated water bill by always running, the one that constantly has frogs, rocks and bandaids in it) is closed for the 5th time this summer. Your AC is out and hasn’t been repaired for 2 months. Your electricity bill last month was $290. Management has brushed off every complaint you’ve made in the past year. Your windows barely open. Only half of your stove eyes work. (Complained about this many times over the last few months) Your dryer has been out for 1 month and a half. Your washer doesn’t spin or drain water sometimes, so the clothes you put in before you went into work are still sitting in a pool of water in your washer. Your mandatory internet ($60/month) has been out for the past week. There’s dog feces EVERYWHERE outside. Then you smell something delightful: It’s the overflowing trash you spend $22.21 every month for. Now that you’re done imagining, I tell you with a straight face that this is luxury living worth a 4-figure rent. Would you buy it? If you buy it, then you should definitely move here. You won’t be disappointed. (To help your imaginative process, I’ve provided some photos of what will greet you after your 12 hour shift.) (Maintenance guys are cool though. This place just needs maybe 50 more to fix half of the problems.) (Because I fear retaliation, I am not posting this under my actual name.)

I am a new resident at the enclave at the stadium. When getting all the paperwork done the stuff was so helpful. Thank you Dee, Amanda and Amber. The apartment are very close to many things for me. Not to far from church and the veterans one stop. It's peaceful, quiet and I feel at home.

I live here currently. I hate it here honestly. I signed the lease before seeing the unit which is on me but I was moving from out of state. When I got here I was disappointed but decided to make the best of it as a single mom not much of a choice. When I arrived I received a folder on my counter. Thats it, nothing in it was explained to me. Then the apartment was not clean and had several things wrong with it which I emailed with pictures. Ive been here a couple of months now and it seems like every time I speak with them there is some new rule or fee that is added. They are less than compassionate in many ways. The two stars I did give was because they do work with me some when I am late. Other than that I have had a horrible experience. I just read through these reviews and apparently everything they are doing to me they have been doing to many people. I will not rent here again and will likely pay my way out at some point. The inconsistency of maintenance, and fees is way too stressful for me.
