I’ve loved living at the Carriage House Apartments! I have a one-bedroom, one-bath unit, and it’s the perfect size for a single person. The gated access adds an extra level of security and makes living in downtown Waco feel safe. Maintenance is always quick to respond and consistently does a great job. It’s also a huge plus that Pinewood Coffee and Bar is just a short walk down the street. Overall, my experience at Carriage House has been wonderful. I would highly recommend living here!

I have lived here since November and I absolutely love it here! The location, price, and my unit are perfect! Ms. Tish was extremely helpful when I was going the process and communication and maintenance has continued to be helpful.

Great place to live. Close to downtown, apartment is nice, and management is quick to respond to any issues or questions
