Carriage House

I’ve had a great experience here at Carriage House. In the past few years I’ve lived in two different units—one with one bedroom and the other with two. Maintenance has been pretty speedy and very effective. The property manager has been helpful above and beyond what I could have expected. The location cannot be beat; Castle Heights in one direction and Downtown Waco in the other, I love going on walks around here. Love how great the units are priced. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because I would love some of the amenities that are available in other complexes (common areas, a pool, a fitness center), though I understand how space in this part of town is limited. Overall wonderful place to live!

We downsized and moved from a house to Carriage House Flats in 2022 and highly recommend it. The community consists of three neighboring properties, and we live in the newer buildings, where everything is energy-efficient. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Waco, close to downtown — yet it's surprisingly peaceful and quiet. The property has a full-time management and maintenance team that is always friendly, quick to respond, and every request we’ve made has been handled with urgency. We truly enjoy living here!

Carriage House Apartments has been a great spot for me this year. As a student, I wanted a quiet place that had nice living conditions while remaining affordable. Carriage met both expectations, and management was diligent in addressing occasional work orders.
