Bear Crossing Apartments

It was an amazing experience. The place is incredible but the Management's attention is the reason why mi family and I want to come back. Try the experience and believe, you're gonna love it! See you in a couple of week's!

Campus realtors sold this and since March of 2023 there have been at least 7 different managers. They tried to say I didn’t give a 1600$ deposit so good thing I have all my original paperwork (this was also told to another tenant who moved out in September 2023). I do not recommend this place. The only reason I didn’t have roaches is because I paid for my own pest control. Several units are roach infested. I was hired as a leasing agent and the only reason I stayed long enough was to assist fellow renters especially the Spanish speaking ones who were taken advantage of. Management doesn’t take care of tenant concerns and requests I’m still getting texts and calls from tenants for assistance because management doesn’t respond. Broken tiles throughout the units, rusted air vents, feces from rodents, roaches, common areas are not clean prior to move ins then you are threatened with cleaning fees, dog feces everywhere on the property, the pet area is unusable due to the lack of maintenance, too much stuff to list but save yourself the trouble and rent elsewhere.

Love the area as its located near grocery stores and many restaurants. The room is big and spacious. Management is prompt in resolving matters and responsive. Been there a few years and I can say it is very safe as well.
