The property is unique compared to other typical apartment complexes and the management is very quick with response and always helpful. They are going a long way to continuously improve the comfort of living here.

The landlord is very helpful and goes up and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and love your home. I know I have Jazmine Barlow the blues because I was urgently looking for a place to call home 🤣 but she answered I mean every call and text and got me in ASAP. If you’re looking for a quiet community with great management and maintenance, Brookview Hills Apartments are definitely the place to go. 💜

There under new management ( Amanda Keel ) she’s amazing she got me into my apartment in less than one day she’s very caring & make sure we’re safe & secure in our new home she’s such an amazing property manager even with everything she has to do she never put anger or frustration out on your she’s amazing & the property is getting renovated!!! New & approved anyways 10/10 must come if looking for new apartment❤️❤️

I love the property here. I have lived here since 2010 and the neighbors are always pleasant. You will not find an apartment with this much space for the price. I highly recommend
