Owners/Landlords are great, they are fast with repairs/maintenance and the rent pricing is more than fair. I would recommend to all my friends

Black bear village is a great location - on the quiet side of campus but less than a 5 minute drive to Baylor. My favorite part about living here is that the owner works here full time and cares about the residents.

Love living here. I did the two-bedroom duplex and we had four guys. Super fun, brand new, safe, amazing landlord.
