Management is nice and very friendly. I stayed here for 6 months as I was here for work. They worked with me on lease term and helped us out.

Been here for almost 3years and I love it! They’re very understanding and friendly. Owners handle everything 1st hand. Quiet neighborhood and conveniently located close to tons of restaurants and a 5minute walk to downtown.

I recently rented here and have been really impressed with the changes under the new management. Their response time is significantly better, and the staff is always helpful and attentive. The property has been beautifully renovated and thoroughly cleaned, both inside and out. It's a much better place to live now, and I highly recommend it!

I’ve had a fantastic experience living here! The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and feels like home. The layout is spacious, and the updates to the kitchen and flooring really make a difference. What truly sets this place apart is the landlord. They’re responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the tenants’ comfort and experience. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently. If you’re looking for a great place to live with a landlord who actually cares, I highly recommend this property!

I want to be as diplomatic as possible in this review while also giving transparency for those considering the Baylor Village condominiums. My wife and I had signed a lease and had prepared (sitting in the parking lot with our full Uhaul) to move into one of the units (Unit 18). When we arrived the unit was dirty, heavily damaged, and had signs of a bug infestation. This is a far cry from the photos advertised as well as the units we toured on site. Management was responsive and apologetic, but unfortunately this was too little too late. They allowed us to immediately terminate our lease with a refund of deposit (which we are very grateful for). Thankfully we were able to secure housing later that day. I want to extend some grace as Baylor Properties, LLC is newly formed, this is presumably their first property, and they were very responsive and accommodating. However, I also cannot, in good conscience, let other people fall into a similar circumstance. I am of the mind that the property needs to undergo significant renovations (e.g. fixing broken doors, fixtures, and handrails, the second gate exiting onto 6th street, etc.), in addition to pest control treatment for the complex. Further the management should adopt a higher degree of accountability for the state of the units (including but not limited to not renting out units which have clearly not been inspected, cleaned, or repaired). Without these factors, it is difficult to justify the current $1,350-$1400/month price tag regardless of the convenient location near Baylor's campus. Tl;dr - Management was apologetic, responsive, and rectified their mistake. However, this mistake was egregious and shouldn't have happened. The property was recently sold to a newly formed management company and is in-need of significant improvements and upkeep to justify the price tag. Advertisement photos were not consistent with actual unit, but we will assume this was not in poor faith.
