How is this place still running? More importantly, how is Amy still there? I lived here from 2014-2016, and it was awful! We had a bat infestation!

Terrible place and management. This is a habitat of roaches and management blames on neighbors cleanliness. Water leaks through floors and leaky ceiling. This place has high security threats many reported past months such as vehicle break in while parking in the lot, stolen tires due to wide open gates to LaSalle . Any one can trans pass the property and management ignores this issue at any cost. Stolen packages right infront of your door. Only good thing is timely maintenance other than that this is a worst place to live during your college time. Think before you go for this place. If you are concerned about your security, cleanliness and safety avoid this place. Management always put blames on your side.

Read my warning!!!! Honestly if I could give negative stars I would I really hope everyone reads my review. The 3.2 star review is not accurate it really should be less. The apartments has an odor that you can not get rid of, the roaches are terrible, my stuff was stolen out the washers a few times or my clothes were damaged due to the residents leaving stuff in the machine, and to top it off the manager, Amy Patton, is very rude and disrespectful. After I moved out something with my account went wrong and I called the apartments just to be told multiple times Amy was busy. The last time I talked to Amy she was very rude and LITERALLY hung up in my face. Before you all think, this place is cheap compared to others, these are the things you will have to deal with for the price.

This is just 2 minutes far from my apartment. My friend stays there, and she has the most lovely inside decoration. The house is well managed and maintained and thus her decoration suites in the walls. She also says that the managerial body is friendly and if she has some issue, they tries to fix it immediately. So They are caring.

I give 3 stars because the condition of the units leaves something to be desired. There are such issues as bugs, cleanliness of the units, and old A/C systems that leave something to be desired. HOWEVER, the management has been great to work with. Maintenance is quick and there is never an issue with requests not being performed in a timely manner. They don't want to throw a lot of money into the units and rightfully so. They've also done a good job of maintaining the pool in usable condition. This place orders an affordable, quiet, close to campus option for living. I would give my recommendation if you are looking for an affordable 1 bedroom.
