I want to take a moment to recognize Jud, our property manager. He is always kind, polite, and extremely helpful. Anytime we have a question or need assistance, Jud responds immediately and makes sure the issue is taken care of right away. He is professional, dependable, and truly cares about the residents. We are very grateful to have him at this property and appreciate everything he does.

Do not apply here I got approved then was told I wasn't approved I got scammed at this point got the run around maybe 2 months now and from what it seems like I won't be getting the 25 back that was paid I have met all requirements and was called two weeks after applying that I got approved kept reaching out no calls back or answers until finally got answer after Almost a month and was told I'm still pending in the process after I passed everything apparently that wasn't true and now all of a sudden they can't figure out if I'm approved or not DO NOT APPLY HERE YOU WILL LOOSE PUT ON YOUR MONEY AND YOUR INFO WILL BE ASKED FOR FROM SEVERAL PEOPLE YOU WONT GET AN APARTMENT YOU WILL BE SCAMMED

This place has been sketch for years. Anyone from the Waco area can tell you the horror stories about the all bills paid apartments in this area off of Lake Air Dr. My girlfriend has lived here with her family for nearly a decade and are finally able to move out and it’s about damn time. A young man was shot tonight for his wallet and shoes and is fighting for his life. But that’s not surprising. Cops are here every day, literally, to either arrest people on warrants, deal with the junkies strung out in the middle of the road, or break up fights that are constantly happening. There’s also typically someone breaking into cars every couple weeks to months. Men beating on women, women beating on children, you’ll see it all here. Not to mention the stray animals roaming around pooping everywhere. The staff here could give less of a crap for anybody and their safety. Mold in apartment air vents, no security cameras. I genuinely think they want people to die here. Find somewhere else to live unless you’re cool with the idea of it being the last place you’ll ever live in.
