First off I’m sad my daughter didn’t check these reviews before signing a lease. But it’s true, management lied to the girls about applying their deposit towards the first months rent, how are 3 girls going to hear the wrong thing. Anyway she said she never said that and billed them for the first month. 3 days moved in and the power is out in every other apartment right now and can’t get any idea of when they will be fixed. They have tried to contact about missing furniture pieces, the washer doesn’t work, issues with other items and no response. Do better management!

I stayed at Addison at Waco and had an amazing experience! These luxury apartments are perfect for students, with spacious layouts, great amenities, and a pet-friendly vibe. The location is ideal for student life in Waco, TX. Friendly staff and a great community feel!

I have loved living at the Addison! All the rooms are spacious and have nice big windows to bring in light. The maintenance workers are also very kind and always come in a timely manner to fix any issues we have. The Addison is a great place for Baylor students to live in and I could not recommend it enough!!

I’ve really liked living at the Addison. The rooms are super spacious, so it never feels crowded, and there’s lots of room to spread out. The kitchen is great for cooking, with plenty of space to work, and the living room is perfect for hanging out or having friends over. It’s been a really chill place to live, and I’ve loved having so much space to enjoy.

I’ve been living at The Addison for the past year, and I can honestly say it's been a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive—whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve always responded quickly and professionally. ms. Lacy is amazing and responds to any questions promptly. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The layout is perfect, and I appreciate all the thoughtful touches like high-end appliances, ample closet space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here. If you’re looking for a well-run, comfortable, and vibrant place to call home, The Addison is the perfect choice! Highly recommend!
