19Eleven Apartments

Lived there for a year and had so many issues. Also almost got seriously injured because a vent near the top of a 12ft. wall wasn’t screwed in and almost hit me in the head. Many service requests. Leaking roof and water came in through the floor and ruined some of my belongings. Windows didn’t have locks. AC broke several times. Constables showed up several times at other tenant units. We also had horrible noise issues with neighbors and had to submit complaints almost leading to calling the cops. The pet yard had dog waste everywhere. There were also hidden fees and the electric bill was horrible because the air vent was so blocked up.

Paul and Roman were quick to my rescue with our faucet/sink issue. They explained to me the problems with the plumbing. Maintenance team is great!

Honestly not bad apartments, the neighbors are a little interesting sometimes but the staff is really nice. I’m leaving next year due to unrelated issues with the apartment but good so far.

Absolutely horrible. As I type this, my entire apartment smells strongly of what I can only guess to be some sort of polyurethane or some other toxic and highly combustible fume that is seeping into my apartment either through the walls or the vents from neighboring units undergoing remodeling. It’s 2 in the morning and I can’t sleep because the fumes are so strong and are making me feel odd. This is the second time something like this has happened. DO YOUR RENOVATIONS CORRECTLY Centre/1911 Apartments!

The only bad thing about this apartment I would say was the rent increase and the small window. It kind of felt like living in a dungeon. Other than that I loved it! Very spacious and the new manager Letty is amazing and so nice. I was unable to stay because of the increase and was nearly evicted until Letty made something happen for us. I am extremely grateful for her she truly cares about her property AND tenants!! You don’t get that alot with property managers.
