In posting this, I know that the property manager will respond with how I was a terrible ungrateful tenant like he has responded to all negative reviews against this community, but that shows how quick they are to argue but not to help their tenants. He will say lots of untrue statements and even request google remove bad reviews, because they portray a great community, but it’s not. Keep that in mind when reading this review. I lived in this community for three years. I went from having grass and trash included in rent to having to handle it on our own. Repairs are not fixed in a timely manner, or not fixed at all. Most people in the community had stopped reporting issues due to them never being fixed anyway. They request you only use ATT because the manager knew the people who set it up in the beginning and he will even request to enter the home to make sure that’s who you use. They do not do any up keep to the rental units. For months, they were not even paying the water. I had SAWS come to my home three separate times to say they were going to shut off water. The deposit is your rent amount and it will not be returned after moving out. They will give you the run around then eventually ignore you. When I asked for it back and I said I did NOT want to go to court, they threatened massive legal retaliation. I still have to sue to receive $1600 back. They would not even respond with the management company’s address or information so I can request in writing my deposit back. I will be filing complaints with the Texas attorney general, BBB, and all other avenues I can.

If I could give it 0 STARS I would, I'm currently living here and they are not helpful of any means. I am getting threatened to get evicted because I don't have full rent. I did explain My Wife just gave birth to our son and can't work due to C-section but they don't care. I'm still getting charged the full $1,775 + 100 for late fees and $15 every day after. So in my experience I need to get out of here quickly. These people or person cause nobody else contacts me don't have a heart.

Do not recommend due to property manager not taking care of any issues within the apt. I have made multiple complaints and no resolution has been made on my request. I even contacted BBB and no solution either due to no response from complex manager. Kwame does not respond to any concerns his residents have. I’ve had no cold water for the past 2 yrs and still counting. Please stay away and rent elsewhere. In addition when I ask if there is anyone else I may speak with Kwame states no other contact person. So no one you can escalate to either. I would think that investors would want to know how there tenants are being treated.
