I like how convenient, centric and accessible this apartments are. I asked Nahomi Vielmas’s a few questions about square footage and information about the units here and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m Happy with the information I was provided and can’t wait to check them out some time soon!

Great property, really clean, amazing leasing staff!

They're liars. They tell you one rent price and then after the first month they charge you another. They make up absurd amounts about water, claiming it's the Tomball district. In my case, I left on my scheduled day and they never returned my $500 deposit because the carpet in one of the rooms had a chocolate stain. Now they're sending me emails saying that, in addition to the $500, I owe another $750 and that if I don't pay, they'll ruin my credit history.
