There are few places someone can go where they will feel as cared for as the Reserve Townhomes. The manager and staff are truly top notch, always going the extra mile when it comes to working with residents. They remember birthdays, celebrate the birth of new little ones and always personalize service so you feel like family. I can’t imagine any other property provides as many themed events for residents to participate in to foster a sense a community like they do at the Reserve Townhomes. Your manager deserves not only a raise but the highest form of respect for the way she helped the property being shaped from the ground up. 5/5 stars for this wonderful location, you should inquire about open units today!

I’ve been living here for almost a year now and honestly, I only have good things to say. The facilities are new and the neighbors are very quiet. The amenities also have security monitoring, and the service and attention to tenants is excellent. I’ve never had any issues with anything or anyone, everyone here is respectful and quiet. On top of that, management does a lot of activities and interactions with the residents, and they are always transparent. Plus, they often run raffles and giveaways🤗. Overall, it’s a really good place to live.👌🏼

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The community is quiet, clean, and well taken care of. The staff are always friendly and quick to help with any maintenance requests. I also appreciate how safe and peaceful the area feels — it’s a great place to come home to after a long day. The amenities are convenient, and my apartment has everything I need. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

Great area. Very quiet. Front desk are great. Small townhomes but new and great rental price. Love how there’s no neighbors above or below me. Just neighbors on both sides of me. That’s why I love townhouses and not condos. Maintenance is great. Very fast to respond to any issue. Parking is great. Lots of parking spaces. Overall, my best rental experience in 20 years.

Great place! Great area, only 10 minutes away from I10. Everything was brand new when we moved in too. Only thing I would like to be different is a bigger patio. We have a 2 bed 2.5 bath and the patio area is pretty small. Other than that, great apartments and very helpful staff.
