Great experience living here. There have been some really positive changes recently, and it’s clear the new management is dedicated to taking care of the property and building a great community. Alongside that, the maintenance team (Jesus and Gustavo) is absolutely outstanding. Compared to other complexes where repairs are ignored, our maintenance crew responds as soon as possible and always knows exactly what they’re doing. Appreciate all the hard work!

Don’t move through this propetry they had really poor management they are scammers when I moved in there they game a dirty unit with some issues and reported and they never did anything and top of that I talked to 3 different properties managers and they did not fixed also the corporate office sent 2 inspectors and I did tell the issues and they ignored me too and top of that in the last 2 months that I lived there suddenly the unit got insfested of roaches and mosquitos and call through the corporate office trying to talk to the area manager Mrs. Martinez and she never call me back so if you don’t want to waste your money don’t move trough this property they careless about their residents.

Wall separating, massive amounts of ants , roaches and rats! The manager is unprofessional and rude to tenants. The bugs would eat through the paint . The leasing office is there for a check and do not fix any issues .

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience!!! With the leasing office AND the home itself. I had to get the city of Stafford involved because the leasing office would NOT fix any issues. There was a tree growing straight through the concrete slab of my patio affecting the foundation of the home, the walls started separating/splitting. From this fire ants would come in by the boat load, it caused a tree roach infestation and we also had a mice infestation in the downstairs closet!! I informed the leasing office multiple times where I was met with “you don’t have an infestation” “tree roaches don’t infest the home, they’re outside bugs” “the mice are just passing through from the field” , when I would put in work orders the maintenance guys would just use a spray foam to cover holes that all the pest would just chew through with in a few days. The maintenance guys would tell me (as they were working) how the property wouldn’t allow them to truly fix anything and how they were reduced to “patching up” cause if they did to much it would come out of their bonuses. The rent is WAYYYYY to high for the condition of the home, I used to be afraid the roof would fall!! It wasn’t until I got the city involved that they did thorough inspections and seen the infestations and quality of the unit for themselves. & all they did was patch holes and change out an old AC unit that was filthy and outdated. I could no longer bear living there so I moved out. In the move out document they had the NERVE to charge me for damage (holes in the Sheetrock) that was from the mice!!!!!! Beautiful area, but not worth the headache at all.
