The Resort Townhomes

I have been living at The Resort for seven years It's like my second home Ana The manager has been the best she's always been there when I have any questions or need anything done, She's been polite professional she's really great, And she has her assistant Brisa she's a sweetheart as well she always listens and takes care of the issue or finds a way they're both great people professional and I enjoy living on the property,

Has a wonderful lounge where you can relax, take a phone call or even get some work done. Fantastic location, and great management team!

I've enjoyed my nearly 3 years at The RT. The staff is professional but always kind. Everyone from the site Manager to the maintenance staff go all out to ensure you are taken care of. Emails are immediate and detailed if there's an issue on site and when there are special events. It's a family friendly place but they make all residents feel welcomed and at home.

Update: Keep your old outdated no security, often broken into apartments with roaches to yourselves! My sister wanted to rent in this complex and if she did, we were planning to move there as well. However, after she applied with her husband, their application was rejected! It’s mind boggling because the husband has a credit score over 820 and hers is over 760, they make very good money and they have the history of 100% on time payments! They said there was a bill of $800 from their previous landlord and when they went to check, they realized it was from 6 years ago from a different state! They said they saw this bill posted before but they successfully had disputed it (because they didn’t even know what the bill was about) and it didn’t stop them from renting in two more places over the course of 6 years…. But! Not here… also, the husband has “misdemeanor” but the case was dismissed and he has an official court order form a JUDGE confirming the case was dismissed. So when asked about that , they said they were still not able to approve the application !? How does that make any sense? I understand, there are certain criteria and rules , but when you don’t want to be flexible even a little bit with those rules, you are going to end up turning down a great number of prospective tenants who would be paying their bills on time and keep the apartments in the best shape! It’s a shame really…now because of their RIDICULOUS screening process they’ve missed out on two apartments being rented! Well, good luck with that! Do better! Seriously, you are not CIA that requires such a strict screening! It’s ridiculous!

I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience I’ve had thanks to Taiyana M. and the team at Resort Townhomes. From the start, Taiyana has been incredibly helpful with getting me into my home and has continued to be helpful and attentive during my stay here! Taiyana along with the office and maintenance staff, truly work hard to keep the property looking nice and running smoothly, which I really appreciate, especially with it being a cute community built maybe in the 80's or 90's. I also love the location; having shops and amenities within walking distance makes living here even better. I’m excited to update my review to 5 stars soon once a small maintenance item is completed, and I’m grateful to the team for their continued care and effort!
