From start to finish Whitney has given beyond exceptional customer service. With Her natural ability to communicate, the process was handled with immense professionalism and courtesy. I just moved in yesterday and already I couldn’t imagine calling anywhere else home. The landscaping is impeccable and the vibe is set to a higher tone of tranquility. If you’re looking for a forever home you should come take a tour. You’ll see why The Falls stands out against all the rest. If you’re lucky enough to work with Whitney you’ll be treated with care and compassion.

Excellent customer service from lease agent Whitney. The property was very quiet in the evenings. Property well maintained and has a peaceful walking path around the waterway. Maintenance persons were friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool and exercise facility. Enjoyed our stay!!!

Friendly management always eager to help. Grounds are beautiful and apartments are very spacious. So far i love it here. Go for the covered parking as there are not a lot of extra spaces to park other than that loven it.

I moved to this apt in summer of 2023. It is very clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Belsy and Whitney in the office are wonderful. The maintenance crew are awesome-quick and good service.
