I had a great experience with this apartment complex largely thanks to Salvador in the leasing office. He made the entire process smooth and easy, answered all of my questions, and even stayed after hours to make sure everything was finalized. His dedication and professionalism truly made a difference. Unfortunately, the rest of the office staff and management were rarely present, I would definitely recommend this apartment complex if you’re looking to live somewhere laid back and chill with a lot of stores nearby, I would talk to Salvador for sure if you need anything since hes always willing to help and always there. 😀

Salvador was amazing to work with, he made my move-in experience smooth and stress-free. He was very attentive, responsive and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was handled efficiently. This is a respectable family community. I love my townhouse. My townhouse is so spacious and very functional for a my family of four more. My townhouse feels very much like home. Management made the move- in process easy. If you are looking to move in the San Marcos area. This is perfect for you. Also, this community is great because your children will be going amazing school Miller’s Middle school and Hernandez elementary. Hope this helps somebody.

Title: Beware – Looks Nice Online, But Reality is Very Different I honestly don’t understand how this place has any genuine 5-star reviews. The pool was closed all summer, which was a huge disappointment for the families living here — and management never made an effort to fix the issue. Maintenance is far from “amazing.” Our master bathroom has been without a proper shower wall for over 8 months after a plumbing repair. Instead of fixing it, they put cardboard and tape where the tile should be and claimed they were “waiting on supplies.” Even after multiple work orders, they ignored the problem, leaving us without a working shower in the master bathroom. The new office staff is rude and unhelpful. We even had to take them to court over slum-lord-level issues. Yes, the apartments are spacious, but they are not worth the headache. The online photos are misleading — take a drive through the property yourself and check out the dumpster area; you’ll see how many residents have been evicted or moved out. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere else to live.
