The property is generally okay, but the internet service is a major issue. Since switching to Spectrum, the upload speed is extremely slow and sometimes drops below 1 Mbps, making the connection almost unusable for normal work and study. The previous wired network was significantly faster and more stable. This downgrade has noticeably reduced the quality of living here.
