Lived here for a year in a 2 by 1. Very VERY old buildings, making them not energy efficient, leading to incredibly high electricity bills. Bugs persisted after spraying over and over and over again. The kitchens are painted with your typical landlord special, and I was caught very unaware on several occasions by maintenance entering my unit without permission. The laundry facility is expensive and most machines are broken for weeks on end. I would say the only thing going for this complex is the location, other than that, terrible quality apartment units.

I lived here for two years in building 1 and while there were issues that come along with living in an old apartment complex, I did want to say that Tyler and Emily were such kind, responsive, and helpful people throughout the entire time I lived at Treehouse. I really appreciated how welcoming they are and enjoyed interacting with them whenever I came into the office for something. You can really tell they care about the experiences of residents and want to help wherever they can.

I wish 0 stars was an option, this place feels like the last ditch effort option when you can't find a place to live. Mold everywhere in the kitchen, insane amount of roaches that never go away, kitchen cabinets and drawers broken and filled with mold, AC unit is genuinely terrible, laundry room is terrible, parking is terrible. The list of cons when living here is so outrageously long that if you told me to write a 5000 word essay on it, I'd finish the essay in 30 minutes. Never come here, you can find a better place to live, never consider this place. The only pros that come with this apartment is the front desk people because they are super chill, and the fact that it's walking distance to campus, and nothing else, worst place ever. If you read a review giving this place more than 2 stars they are lying. Worst place on earth!

I lived here for 3 years because I needed to be able to walk to campus, if you’re looking for an honest review of the complex this is it. The units are ugly and nasty and poorly built. Most of them have serious problems that are so big even maintenence couldn’t fix. My floors had warped and buckled in my living room so bad they needed to be pulled up. You have to pay for laundry and there’s only one small laundry room for the whole complex. The units are absolutely overpriced. Leasing staff are unproffessional and disrespectful. The tubs and countertops chip and peel off. The A/C units breakdown regularly. Not enough storage in the units, and the kitchens are too small. The closets are too small as well. The floors peel in the corners as well because they were poorly installed. It’s saw -dust and hairs that were mixed in with the paint and are stuck to the walls. Overall there are so many other complexes that charge less and have way better units. Save your money and don’t live here.

My apartment was old and needed to be renovated. When I moved in there were cockroaches in my fridge (as seen in one of the pictures) and all around the apartment. I requested that they spray for bugs multiple times which was included supposed to be included in my rent but they never did so I had to take care of it myself. In the bathroom they painted over the old paint instead of replacing it which eventually peeled away and would clog my drain. The inside of the AC needed to be cleaned which I also requested and they never did, I included a picture of what that looks like as well. Seemed like a health risk, I asked a professional what they thought and they agreed. Overall pretty poor experience, the maintenance guys are great but seem overwhelmed, the front desk staff were nice so it makes me think that management is the problem. When I moved out they charged me $400 for “cleaning” and damages even though there were things damaged that never got fixed and the apartment was dirty and bug infested when I moved in. Not worth $800+ a month for a 1 bedroom, look else where.
