The View On The Square

I went in for a tour of The View and instantly felt like I was at home. I was politely welcomed by Cami at the front desk! She was very warm welcoming and made me feel very comfortable before we started our tour. There are so many great amenities that come with housing here! I definitely recommend coming in for a tour. Great staff, great property!

As a current resident of The View on the Square, I have admired the place where I live at. I have had issues such as my dishwasher not functioning to my drainage being clogged. As soon as I make a report, within less than 24 hours, my issues are quickly resolved thanks to their management team. The view on the square has amazing amenities like their luxurious looking pool, gymnasium and clubhouse. The distance from TXST and the square is one of the main reasons why I picked this apartment and I have no regrets about it. I also like that their garage is gated, so I can leave my car parked with no issues. They are amazing raffles that I have won throughout my time here. Overall, I love living here and I can’t wait to see what’s next!

Anyone rating this apartment above 3 stars is most likely entering in on a instagram raffle. I have had nothing but problems since move in. I Walked into mold above my shower, huge hole under my sink and other minor problems. My outlets constantly stopped working and my lights would go out just because of my mini fridge being plugged in. Don’t get me started with my roach infestation in the restroom at this point they should also be paying rent. Fridge went out a couple times, first time right after grocery shopping and was given nothing for the issue second time got a 20$ gift card😭. Oven is currently not working it’s like day 4 and as I’m writing this my lights are out. Maintenance is really fast but they put bandages over the actual problems and things stop working right after. If you call to report a problem you’ll just get brushed off or have to deal with someone’s rude attitude. Don’t sign here !! WiFi also goes out at least 2x a month

love it here i feel like this definitely is a place you pay for what you get and what you get is great !! I love all the events the staff has it’s really makes the complex feel like home and that it’s pet friendly, having my cat here really helps my stress. i’m in a 5 bedroom premium and I LOVE the lofted ceilings.

I really enjoy living at The View on the Square. The pool is my favorite amenity, and having my own bathroom with a great shower makes things easy. The best part is the balcony view of the square, it’s beautiful and peaceful.
