I’ve had such a great experience at The Reserve. From the moment I first inquired, the team has been incredibly polite, professional, and helpful every step of the way. They truly go above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. The living spaces are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to feel right at home. The amenities are another big plus — everything is well-maintained and adds so much convenience and enjoyment to everyday life. I also want to highlight the new management team. It’s clear they are putting in the effort to create an easy, welcoming, and enjoyable living experience for residents. They are responsive, attentive, and genuinely care about the community. If you’re looking for a place with great service, comfortable living space, and a team that truly supports you, I highly recommend The Reserve!

Excellent customer service. My family and I were helped by property manager Eva Rosalez. She made everything easygoing and made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. The property is looking great ever since she took over!

I will not sugar coat the fact that I did have a few issues with previous management at the apartments and the apartment itself, but New Management/ Eva in the Front office was so nice to work with. She was very professional. She listened to me, and helped me with the issues and get them resolved in a timely manner.

I recently toured this apartment complex and was initially impressed. The units are aesthetically pleasing, and the amenities are a huge draw. However, my experience took a turn during the application process. While I was signing paperwork, a current resident came in to complain about a persistent roach problem. She mentioned that the issue had been ongoing since she moved in, and she lives on the 3rd floor. When I inquired about this, the apartment manager attributed it to recent vacancies. Additionally, during my first visit, there was a noticeable display of unprofessionalism when a staff member got into a brief argument with what appeared to be a family member or friend, right in the middle of assisting me on the phone. While I haven't lived here, these two incidents have raised significant concerns about the management and potential living conditions. I wish there was an option to leave a review without rating, as I haven't lived here, but felt it was important to share this information for prospective tenants to consider.

Update: Last year I bragged about how wonderful The Reserves were, today I come informing you all of the complete opposite! The Reserves were perfect until we got settled in and the crime, negligence and unprofessionalism started. I warn you if you do decide to move there, GET CAMERAS FOR YOUR DOOR AND PATIO! But I want to inform you all today specifically about the management there. I have been trying to get in touch with them since the beginning of last week regarding them NOT informing me of a $59 charge and instead applying it to my credit! I left there when my lease ended and provided them with my contact information in case they needed to get a hold of me. I expected to not receive my deposit because the cheap walls they have there were so easily scratched up during my stay. However they also charged me a cleaning fee when I have photo evidence that I left my unit clean! Now that I’ve brought this to their attention, I conveniently can’t get in touch with the property manager. Do yourself a favor and find better!
