I recently toured The Outpost and had such a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire process. Emma and Brooklyn went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and ease any concerns I had. They made everything feel simple and stress-free. The environment is warm, friendly, and truly ideal for college students. I highly recommend checking it out!

Don’t stay here apt are really small and I currently have bed bugs for a month now and I reported this as an emergency since Tuesday. They told me they can’t do nothing until Friday. I can’t even be in my own apartment anymore and it’s now currently Friday and I called them to see what time they are coming. Well, they told me that they are going to call me back to give me more information. It’s currently 7pm and they haven’t said anything no call back no nothing.

I have loved living here! The front office staff and our maintenance staff are all SO helpful. David is always so quick to fix anything and everything that may need repairs and the front desk is always willing to help with any questions you may have! The utilities + fees can be a bit pricey but they are pretty transparent about that when you tour I felt from my personal experience. They always do fun events to give back to residents and I love it! My dog also loves being here; he always tries to go to the front office to see the staff because he loves to see them that much!

I've lived here for two years, this was my first home away from my family and I can gladly say that this place was the best decision of my life. Moving in was such a breeze, the staff here are incredible to say the least and leaving this fall will be really hard. I fell in love with my apartment here, my best friends all moved in, and so many memories were made. When I say the staff here are incredible I mean it. I go in all the time just to hangout with them and they never fail to make the interaction pleasant. I love this apartment, I love the staff, and I love that I picked this place as my home. ❤️ I'll miss this place.

At first I loved living here. The staff is nice and they are very understanding and helpful in almost every way. I was here for 2 years and the first year had the best time until renovations came around and I was constantly woken up at 8a.m. when they starting drilling stuff off of the walls. The A/C in my room was checked multiple times because of me complaining that it was so hot. It got close to 80 degrees in my room a couple of times and they said that it was just how the rooms were made and that our style of room was just built funny. The charges are probably what sent me over the edge. The “city,” would not send us charges for water and then an 80 dollar charge was added all at once for multiple months. Then at the end when damages were being sent out after I left, and I am now being charged over 200$ for “totaling” a couch that was already messed up when we moved in. I tried to dispute the charges and the “third party company,” decided to not contact me until I called the office to have them escalate the situation. BTW I sent my dispute the second the charges were sent and they waited 26 days to finally respond. After I sent 2 emails back they still have not responded and now i’m being threatened to be sent to a collection agency if I do not pay it by 60 days. I honestly would not choose the outpost to live again unless things changed. It’s a headache to live there and the “new interiors,” are not new so don’t let yourself fall into that. If you do live there go to Ruben or Brooklyn(I think) these are the sweetest people that stuck out to me and helped me the most. no hate to the other staff I just don’t remember names that well.
